When the packaging has been opened (i.e. when you have loosened the button which serves as a seal), we unfortunately cannot return or exchange the face mask for reasons of hygiene.
Refunds are available only if we receive an unopened package (= button not opened) within 2 weeks of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return costs. We advise you to send it with track & trace, so you can be sure that it has arrived.
